Purpose and registration
The portal is operated by Numill Marketing (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2003/010466/07, at 19 Prima Drive, Broadlands, Strand, Cape Town, 7130, South Africa.
The Numill Stock Portal provides registered users with stock information for making enquiries. To register, provide your name, company, contact telephone number and Home Port, and verify your email through Shopify sign-in. You must provide accurate information and be authorised to make enquiries for the company you identify.
Registration does not create a Business Central customer account, credit facility or entitlement to trade on credit. Any later customer-account linkage is handled separately by Numill.
Access and account security
After verified sign-in, completion of the required details and acceptance of these terms, you can browse stock without waiting for manual approval. Authorised Numill staff can review registrations and may contact you to confirm the details. Welcome guidance is displayed in the portal. Automatic welcome emails and administrator registration notifications are deferred.
Keep your email account and verification codes secure. Do not share sign-in codes. Notify Numill if you suspect unauthorised access. Numill may suspend or block portal access to address misuse, inaccurate information, security concerns or other legitimate business reasons. Contact Numill if you believe your access was blocked in error.
Stock and enquiries
Stock information can change between viewing and confirmation. Quantities, units, lot details and availability must be confirmed with Numill before committing to a purchase, collection or delivery. Viewing a row or sending an enquiry does not reserve stock, place an order or form a sale agreement. Orders are subject to Numill's separate quotation, acceptance and applicable trading terms.
The portal displays selected stock. For divisions other than HARDWOODS, it displays up to ten matching stock rows across the selected ports. More stock may be available; use the enquiry option or contact your Numill representative.
Transport and estimated arrivals
Additional transport, transfer or delivery charges may apply. Numill will confirm applicable charges as part of the quotation or order arrangements. Stock displayed at a port or location does not imply that delivery to your premises is included.
Dates shown as Estimated arrival for SHIPPED locations are estimates recorded in Numill's stock system. They are not final or confirmed delivery dates and may change. A date that has passed does not establish that the stock has arrived or is ready for collection. Obtain confirmation before arranging transport, delivery or collection.
Acceptable use and changes
Use the portal for legitimate stock enquiries. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, access another user's account or disrupt the service. Numill may maintain, change or temporarily suspend the portal. Material changes to these terms will be notified through the portal, and renewed acceptance may be required.
